Recently, one DISAI 4228 glass laser marking machine passed factory inspection, was packed and loaded, and set off for our customer’s factory in Sichuan.
Equipped with a high-quality laser generator, the DISAI 4228 laser marking machine delivers fast marking speed. It achieves marking grade above AIM DPM/B standard with positioning accuracy within 0.5 mm. It supports marking of logos, bar codes, QR codes, Chinese characters and other identifiers. At a line feed speed of 40–50 meters per minute, the code reading rate remains stable at 99.9%. The marking position can be flexibly adjusted to suit insulated glass pairing. The marks are permanent, enabling product traceability and anti-counterfeiting, meeting high-quality coding requirements for glass factories.
Before shipment, the machine underwent complete commissioning and accuracy calibration, with careful securing and protection during loading. After arrival at the customer’s site, DISAI technical team will provide one-stop service including installation, commissioning and operator training to ensure quick production startup.
