Recently, the high-speed double-sided glass edging line manufactured by Luoyang DISAI has completed loading and shipment to Iraq for the local glass deep-processing project.
This flagship equipment realizes one-step forming for double-sided rough grinding, fine grinding, polishing and chamfering. Equipped with dual linear guide rails and double ball screws, it features zero backlash, precise positioning and stable long-term operation. It supports automatic dimension detection and opening/closing, delivers high grinding accuracy and allows in-line production. With PLC intelligent parameter presetting, operators can switch glass thickness and chamfer dimensions with one click for efficient processing.
The machine handles edging thickness from 3–25 mm at a speed of 1–20 m/min, processing various glass blanks for mass production of door, window and curtain wall glass. It effectively cuts labor costs, reduces breakage and boosts production efficiency, adapting well to operating conditions in Middle East factories.
