Intelligent Shuttle-Type Glass Storage System

DISAI glass intelligent storage system consists of 7 parts: shuttle car, glass rack, storage rack, film loading position, patch position, guardrail and control system. The design of the shuttle system is suitable for supplying multiple pieces of cutting line, and through the movement of the shuttle in the X and Y directions, the glass racks can be automatically loaded into, out of storage, loaded, and changed. After the glass size, thickness, film system and other related information are entered into the database, the data in warehouse inventory area is synchronized and shared with the data in the general control center to realize real-time update of information.
