Laser sanding and paint removal processes use high-precision laser beams to precisely control the sanding depth and pattern, achieving complex and detailed surface treatments. Durable and wear-resistant, it's ideal for manufacturing high-end, customized smart bathroom mirrors.
The fully automatic loading and unloading robot replaces manual labor for flexible wiring. It features high-precision positioning and flexible gripping, and can be used with a barcode scanner to identify glass information and separate the glass. Loading and unloading speeds are faster than automatic loading and unloading tables, reaching up to eight pieces per minute. This not only saves labor costs but also significantly improves production efficiency. The terminal can also be customized to meet customer needs, such as adding the ability to grind glass inner holes, making automotive glass processing even more convenient and efficient.
