On July 21, 2026, Luoyang DISAI Mechanical Equipment Co., Ltd. (DISAI) completed the installation and commissioning of a customized integrated glass cutting line for a customer in Romania. As another DISAI project for an overseas customer, the solution uses a compact two-table layout to integrate loading, cutting, coating removal and breakout within a limited installation area.
The loading table is equipped with a laser function, while the cutting table combines coating removal and breakout functions. Belt conveying and air-flotation assistance support an effective connection between the different processing stages.
From process communication and solution configuration to installation and commissioning, DISAI focuses on matching each project with the customer's actual production conditions and site layout. The successful completion of this Romanian project further demonstrates DISAI's ability to serve overseas glass processors with customized equipment solutions and practical project delivery.
