In mid-July 2026, DISAI Equipment achieved another overseas delivery milestone. The self-developed DS-CM3725 double-sided four-station glass cutting machine has completed full installation, commissioning and trial operation at the factory of our cooperative customer in Uruguay. Operating stably with all process parameters meeting standard requirements, the equipment has been officially put into production, further enhancing DISAI’s competitiveness in the South American glass deep processing market.
The delivered DS-CM3725 is an integrated intelligent cutting machine in the industry, integrating double-sided four-station cutting and automatic Low-E film removal functions. It effectively solves the pain point of separate cutting and film removal processes of traditional equipment, eliminating secondary processing and transportation procedures. The machine greatly simplifies production workflows and significantly improves the overall processing efficiency and finished product quality of Low-E energy-saving insulated glass.
Featuring outstanding comprehensive performance, the equipment is perfectly adapted to mainstream deep processing demands. It supports a maximum processing size of 3700×2500mm and is applicable to various architectural glasses with a thickness ranging from 2mm to 19mm, with a cutting accuracy of ±0.15mm for minimal errors and high flatness. Equipped with a multi-axis motion controller and PLC control system, the machine realizes efficient and stable cyclic operation of four working stations. The adjustable Low-E film removal width ensures uniform and damage-free film removal, making it ideal for large-scale production of high-end energy-saving glass.
