On June 18, 2026, a set of DS-RB220 intelligent carrying robotic arm manufactured by our company was fully packed and loaded onto a freight truck, en route to the glass processing factory of our customer in Xinjiang County, Shanxi Province, to assist the client in the transformation of automated loading and unloading production lines.
The delivered DS-RB220 robotic arm features a maximum payload of 220KG and a maximum reach of 2700mm. This model not only boosts the efficiency of glass handling but also supports edge grinding functions as an integrated solution. Its edge grinding speed ranges from 3 to 10 meters per minute, with optional internal and external edge grinding attachments available, making it suitable for processing shaped, curved and irregular glass panels. Equipped with a high-speed servo drive system, the equipment delivers precise positioning and stable operation. It enables quick product changeovers to fully meet the demands of flexible multi-variety production. Compared with conventional manual operation, this all-in-one manipulator drastically cuts labor input and effectively reduces glass rejection rates. Furthermore, its compact footprint allows easy deployment in small and medium-sized glass workshops.
At the delivery site, the entire robotic arm was fully wrapped with protective film, while matching electrical control components were sealed and secured to implement strict anti-collision and moisture-proof measures during transportation, ensuring intact delivery to the customer’s facility.
Xinjiang County boasts a concentrated glass processing industry. Local manufacturers are phasing out labor-intensive traditional workflows to upgrade their production lines with automation.
