Recently, a customer team from Xinzhou, Shanxi visited Luoyang DISAI Mechanical Equipment Co., Ltd. They toured the CNC glass cutting machine workshop to gain first hand insights into the manufacturing process, overall performance and supporting solutions of DISAI glass cutting equipment. Both sides exchanged views on industry trends and customized equipment requirements, laying a solid foundation for future cooperation.
The customers observed the assembly and commissioning of the DS-CM series automatic glass cutting machines. Accompanied by our technical director, they learned about core technologies including bidirectional cutting and linear guide helical rack drive, as well as key indicators such as processing dimensions, cutting drilling precision and operating efficiency. The well organized on site assembly work and rigorous manufacturing capability left a deep impression on the guests.
Regarding practical production concerns including equipment selection, capacity matching, LOW-E glass processing and matched loading table solutions, our technical team provided detailed replies covering equipment stability, operation maintenance support and project adaptability.
