Recently, DISAI Intelligent completed the loading and shipment of one set of DLP‑series intelligent sorting system (large‑size glass stacking and pairing equipment), officially departing for Chenzhou to support a customer's glass production line in its intelligent upgrading and transformation. The delivered equipment belongs to DISAI's DLP series of intelligent sorting systems.
DISAI intelligent sorting systems come in multiple models to suit different production line conditions: DS‑DLP4225‑300, DS‑DLP5128‑300, and DS‑DLP6128‑300. The maximum handling size reaches 6100×2800 mm for oversized engineering glass. DISAI systems are widely used in grinding‑washing‑tempering linking scenarios and tempering‑insulating glass production lines. The standard configuration offers 300 storage slots, which can be flexibly increased or decreased according to customer capacity requirements and can also be customized on demand.
As a core intelligent buffering device in the post‑processing stage of glass deep processing, the system is typically deployed downstream of the tempering furnace outlet and upstream of the insulating glass production line. Finished glass panels that have undergone cutting, edging, washing, and tempering are scanned and then conveyed to the intelligent sorting system. The system accurately pairs the stored glass panels based on information from the ERP system to meet the production needs of insulating glass, replacing traditional manual glass searching and handling operations.
DISAI intelligent sorting systems significantly reduce surface scratches during glass transfer and selection, firmly safeguard glass surface quality, and stabilize the finished product pass rate. Traditional factories relying on manual sorting and pairing of large glass panels face high labor costs and high risks of chipping, scratching, and breakage during handling. The intelligent sorting system replaces manual labor with machinery, enabling automatic stacking and insulating glass pairing according to customer orders and glass dimensions, achieving fully automatic continuous operation.
With large storage capacity and stable operation, the system is especially suitable for large‑scale engineering glass enterprises. This shipment to Chenzhou once again confirms DISAI's technical strength in the glass deep‑processing field, and we will continue to help glass processing companies worldwide reduce costs, improve efficiency, and drive the industry's automation transformation.
