Recently, two DISAI 7533 model glass cutting machines, equipped with Low-e glass coating removal functionality and a fully automatic auxiliary unloading system, completed testing and debugging and were officially shipped to Russia. This order not only demonstrates DISAI's technological strength in the field of glass deep processing equipment but also responds to the urgent demand for energy-saving glass processing equipment in the Russian construction market, adding another shining example to the "going global" strategy of Chinese high-end equipment.
As DISAI's flagship model customized for overseas markets, the 7533 glass cutting machine achieves multiple breakthroughs in core performance. Its Low-e glass coating removal module uses laser non-destructive coating removal technology, precisely targeting the silver coating layer on the glass surface with a high-focus laser beam, achieving micron-level processing precision control. The coating removal efficiency can reach hundreds of square meters per hour, and the entire process is non-contact, effectively avoiding damage to the glass substrate, perfectly meeting the Russian market's processing needs for energy-saving Low-e glass. Meanwhile, the equipment is equipped with a fully automatic auxiliary unloading system, employing a double-layer adsorption structure vacuum suction cup and a double-track flip-transfer chain design. The suction depth reaches 700mm, enabling safe and stable automatic unloading of glass with thicknesses ranging from 3-25mm. Compared to traditional manual unloading, efficiency is increased by 75%, significantly reducing labor costs and operational risks.
In terms of core configuration, the 7533 model uses a high-end American motion controller and a Panasonic servo dual-motor drive from Japan, achieving a cutting accuracy of ±0.15mm for straight lines and ±0.20mm for irregular shapes. Combined with intelligent layout software featuring 20 highly efficient optimization algorithms, it maximizes the utilization rate of glass raw materials. The equipment supports multiple language operating interfaces and is equipped with an automatic alarm and fault diagnosis system, tailored to the needs of local Russian production scenarios.
A representative from DISA Machinery stated that they will continue to focus on overseas market demands, deeply cultivate intelligent and energy-efficient innovations in glass processing equipment, and provide more competitive product solutions to help global customers achieve a dual improvement in production efficiency and product quality, thereby promoting the deep integration of Chinese glass machinery technology with the international market.
